Hey, I’m Hailey!

Also known as the Restless Adventurer. I am a jump-in head-first type of traveler who jams as much adventure into my days as possible.

I moved to Nepal for 7 months at age 21 and knew going forward I had to do whatever it took to adventure my way around the world.

Since then, I have trekked in the Himalayan mountains, became a digital nomad and worked from Mexico, did volunteer exchanges to travel for almost free in Croatia and Norway, checked Patagonia off my bucket list, and have this travel blog to inspire others to do the same!

Despite all of this, I am still filled with a never-ending restlessness that comes in anticipation of the next big adventure.

More About Hailey

Growing up in an outdoorsy family in Ontario, Canada, adventuring was a big part of my childhood. From summers spent camping and exploring national parks to trips abroad to Jamaica, St, Maarten, and the United States, I was exposed to a ton of different types of adventure travel.

I attended university in Canada, where I studied International Development. During my four years in school, I was still able to save for, plan, and embark on my first entirely self-arranged trip to Thailand.

I backpacked for 3 weeks across the country, exploring ancient cities, chasing howler monkeys through a rainforest, kayaking amongst towering limestone cliffs, and rock climbing on world-class beaches.

In my second year of school, I also organized a three-week road trip across the United States, visiting destinations like the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Antelope Canyon.

Among all these amazing experiences, my craziest adventure to date was when I moved away from home for the first time. Because, unlike the average young adult, I decided I would move all the way across the world to Nepal. If this doesn’t illustrate my jump in head first, eyes closed kind of character, then I don’t know what does.

Since then, I have made adventuring my TOP priority in life and I have made it my mission to help make it yours!
